Marcia Kingslow President
Marcia Kingslow has over three decades experience in community development, economic development and workforce development. She has designed and implemented methodologies for research, evaluation, strategic planning and organizational development, as well as provided technical assistance to projects and initiatives. With a specialty in qualitative methods, she is an experienced field researcher and brings an interdisciplinary perspective to her work. She has led a range of studies and evaluations and managed multidisciplinary teams of experts and practitioners. She has occasionally been retained mid-stream to revise, remedy or bring to conclusion difficult assignments.
Marcia is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a Master of Regional Planning degree. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University, and is a former Fellow of the National Center for Food and Agricultural Policy, Resources for the Future. She founded Kingslow Associates in 1988.
